Kinneret Academic College Campus
Situated on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, the College campus is located in a picturesque region in the North of Israel; the Sea of Galilee to the north and views the Golan Heights, the Gilead mountains, the intersection of three borders, Mount Berniki, Tsefat, and Tiberias.
Surrounded by Kibbutzim (collective) communities and agricultural farms. Close to many hiking trails and tourist attractions, students can enjoy an array of activities including, biking, hiking and swimming. Many Historic and religiously significant sites are located a short distance away.
The Robert and Yadelle Sklare Family Library
The College library is a place where students can find answers to their
educational needs.
Designed with large windows facing the Sea of Galilee and the Sefad
Mountains. Three levels of spacious halls and a wide variety of study options are available for students. Our Library is a quiet space dedicated to learning and growth.
Student Union
The Kinneret Academic College Student Union is guided by one principle;
student interests are above all!
The role of the Student Union is to advance meaningful actions and to support student rights and obligations. The Student Union serves as a platform that connects students to the College.
The Student Union emphasizes the importance of student well-being and growth by creating a strong consumer influence. They represent and strengthen students in academic committees and believe in the need for integration and connection between the many groups on campus.
LIFE
in the Kinneret Region
Many cultural and student social activities are planed throughout the academic year. There are also a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment establishments all over the Valley (Emek) and surrounding communities.
Entertainment
Beit Gavriel- located next door to the College, is where you can go see a movie, enjoy concerts brought to the area by the Zappa Production company, hear lectures and more.
Night Life
Glory Kitchen Bar- about 6km from the college and located in Ashdot Yaakov Meuhad
The Doris- about 2.9km from the college and located in Kibbutz Afikim, is where most Student Union activities and parties take place
The Alva Bar- about 5km from the college and across the street from Kibbutz Ashdot Yaakov (Park Edison), is a place students go to for a cold beer and a small snack.
Ha-Shchunati- about 4km from the college and located in Kibbutz Beit Zera, holds open stage nights, where talented individuals from all over the valley (Emek) go, to play instruments and sing.

Mall “Mul” Kinneret- Shopping Center with restaurants, Stores and entertainment- about 1.5km from the student dormitory complex
