Dr. Zukerman is a specialist in water quality and security, with an emphasis on technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development. Udi has over thirty years of experience in the water sector, covering multidisciplinary aspects such as R&D, operation of water/wastewater infrastructure, coordinating and consulting of local and international projects.
Udi obtained his PhD at Tel Aviv University jointly with the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technion. His thesis focused on developing new methods for concentration/detection of the infectious Cryptosporidium parasite from surface water. During his post doc and research assistant professorship at Tufts University, Udi was responsible for developing and commercializing innovative methods for detecting toxins/biowarfare agents in water supplies.
